Bamtii charges a service fee ranging from 2% to 10% on every transaction made through the platform.
Bamtii reserves the sole authority to determine the applicable percentage based on the type of business and service category.
Businesses will be notified in advance regarding the applicable rates.
3. Agreement to Services:
Businesses agree to use Bamtii's provided tools such as digital store setup, stock management, billing, delivery, tracking, and reporting.
Any fee associated with using Bamtii's services must be accepted in full.
Bamtii has the right to update pricing or services with prior notice.
4. Return and Refund Policy:
In case of return or refund requests by customers, the business itself will be responsible according to its own policy.
5. Misconduct and Responsibility:
Any attempt to misuse the platform or cause harm to customers or Bamtii will result in business liability.
Bamtii has the right to suspend or terminate the account and take legal action if necessary.
6. Payment Handling:
All transactions will be processed according to Bamtii’s approved payment channels (e.g., eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer).
7. Policy Changes:
Bamtii may update these terms and policies as needed and will inform associated businesses accordingly.
PART B: Terms and Conditions for Customers
1. Purpose:
Bamtii is committed to providing a secure, convenient, and reliable online shopping experience with multiple product options.
2. Purchase Responsibility:
Products and services purchased on the Bamtii platform are offered by individual businesses. Bamtii acts only as a facilitator.
3. Payment Methods:
Customers can pay via digital wallets (eSewa, Khalti), debit/credit cards, or cash on delivery depending on service availability.
A digital receipt will be provided after successful payment.
4. Returns and Refunds:
Customers can request returns or refunds, but approval and processing will follow the respective business’s return policy.
5. Misuse and Consequences:
False orders, misleading activities, or violation of platform rules may result in the suspension or banning of customer accounts.
6. Updates to Terms:
Bamtii holds the right to modify customer terms and will update users as necessary.
